At the 3% Conference in San Francisco we teamed up with Collective Next (thank you, Kate!) to capture the running dialogue about changing the ratio and promoting diversity of thought in the workplace. With the expressed goal of championing creative female talent and leadership, 3% attendees are the best of both worlds. They're talk and walk.
